Authentic Influence exists for the leader who knows something needs to change — and is finally ready to do the hard work of finding out what it is.
Whether you're an executive navigating a crossroads, a team that's lost trust, or an organization ready for real culture change — there is a track for you. Including the Invisible Data Framework, Jamie's original methodology for making the invisible visible.
You don't have to have it figured out.
You just have to show up.
My deepest desire is to be a fierce and tender lover of God and people — and everything I do flows from that. I am not a consultant who will sit across from you and tell you what you want to hear. I am also not one who will hand you a framework and call it transformation.
I grew up a preacher's kid — the oldest of four girls — which means I learned early what it means to perform for a system, to carry others, and to make myself legible to institutions that needed me to be a certain way. I was loyal. I was compliant. I was good at it.
"I was so tied to systems and to performing my place within them that I lost myself. I am not telling you that story because I am past it. I am telling you because I am still in it — still in process, forever and always."
I have been through divorce. I have survived significant medical trauma. I have been harmed by faith communities that were supposed to be home — the particular wound of spiritual abuse, which leaves marks that are invisible to everyone but you. And through all of it, I kept showing up.
I know what it looks like to be the most competent person in the room and the most lost. I know what it costs to finally tell the truth about what is not working. And I know — because I have lived it — that the work of real change is not comfortable. But it is worth it.
One of my most distinctive strengths is the ability to see what is breaking in people and processes before anyone else knows something is wrong — and to name it with enough care that people can actually hear it. I don't just coach leaders. I help them understand why they lead the way they do.
Every engagement is different. Every leader is different. What doesn't change is the depth of the work — or my commitment to showing up fully for it. Pricing is by conversation, not by catalog.
This is not an appointment request. It is the beginning of a conversation — and like every good conversation, it starts with a little honesty. I read every response personally. There are no wrong answers. Take your time.
I will review your responses and reach out within 48 hours. If we seem like a fit, I will invite you into a conversation. If we are not — I will tell you that too, honestly, and point you somewhere better.
I don't do automated responses or gatekeepers. When you reach out, you reach me — directly. I will respond within 48 hours, personally.
